| Double check the link: Each webinar in the series has its own unique link, so a link from a previous session will not work for today’s event. Please use the link in your confirmation email or calendar invitation. |
| Update your browser: If automatic updates are not enabled, you will need to update it to the latest version to access the latest features and security patches. Please see instructions for common browsers. |

| Sign out of other devices: Joining from multiple devices under one account at the same time will limit your access to Zoom meetings. |
| Check the time zone: All AROHE events are managed through Wild Apricot with the time zone set at the Eastern time zone. We do our best to post all time zones but there are some automated settings that we cannot change. |
| Send an email to info@arohe.org: An automated email is set up the day of events with the link to the webinar. If this still does not work, send more details so that we can investigate the issue. |
